Information on the Community Cinema


COLINSBURGH COMMUNITY CINEMA is a friendly and welcoming community cinema formed in March 2008 with the aim of providing top quality films at a reasonable price within The East Neuk of Fife. It is open to all, both residents and non-residents. subject to the usual age restrictions. 

 

MEMBERSHIP

If you are interested in joining Colinsburgh Community Cinema as a member, you can purchase a membership for £45.00 at the beginning of each season. The membership entitles you to see all eighteen films screened during the season. 

 

NON-MEMBERS

Those who do not wish to become members can purchase a ticket for each screening at the door. A ticket for a single screening costs £5.00. 

 

WHAT’S ON

Colinsburgh Community Cinema screens 18 films per season. The season runs between September and May and screening takes place in Colinsburgh Town Hall on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. Doors open at 7.00pm and the film starts at 7.30pm.

 

As well as watching the programmed film, the Cinema has a wide selection of DVDs, film related literature and magazines that can be borrowed free of charge. Film notes are printed for each screening.  The cinema also provides a selection of wine and soft drinks and snacks.
